Our clinic is located in the historic Medical Arts Building at 715 Lake Street, Suite 600, Oak Park, IL 60301. We suggest that you use the parking garage behind our building.

The parking garage is located on North Boulevard just east of Oak Park Avenue and one block south of Lake Street. It is directly behind our building. The entrance to the garage is on the north side of the street.
