The truth about Americans' exercise!

If someone were to ask you what you did in the last 24 hours, would exercise be a part of the answer? Hopefully you would be in the mere 5% of people who reported vigorous activity. That’s right, only 5% of Americans who participated in a telephone survey reported vigorous activity such as jogging, swimming, aerobic activity, etc. in a 24-hour period. Close to 96% of participants reported sedentary activity, so we know that we all spending enough time not moving. So let’s get moving! Some of the participants listed activities such as preparing food and drink as moderate intensity activity. This type of activity is not enough to boost your metabolism and help you reach wellness. Right? Right!
The number one way to ensure your metabolism is working efficiently and producing adequate energy is to eat according to your Diet Type.
