Thanks for your comment. Prolotherapy works great for chondromalacia - it is especially common in runners. The underlying problem is instability that needs to be treated. I have chondromalacia in both knees. The knee cap doesn''t sit well, therefore; sometimes I feel and sharp pain when I get up to walk. Also the Left knee is swollen. Is prolotherapy good for this problem. I also have sciatic problems in the Left buttock and Left leg numbness and thingling. How can prolotherapy help these problems and what is the cost?
