This recent NY Times article outlines the sky-rocketing costs (even if you do have health insurance) for joint surgeries and talks about exercise to prevent it. AMEN TO THAT! Why do you think there is a growing epidemic of arthritis in this nation? Everything that is prescribed in traditional medicine actually ACCELERATES the degenerative process!
