Price Savings on Lab Work

THE FOLLOWING IS A PRICE COMPARISON FOR DOING LABS HERE AT CARING MEDICAL COMPARED TO GOING TO AN OUTSIDE LAB TO HAVE THEM DONE. YOU'LL BE AMAZED AT THE PRICE DIFFERENCE.

The graph below shows a comparison of what a lab test done at a hospital might cost compared to the same lab test done here at Caring Medical. Our point in showing you this comparison is to demonstrate how expensive lab testing done outside of Caring Medical can be, even if your insurance is to cover 80% to 90% of the cost. The other advantages to having the lab test done here is that we know we have done the correct test ordered. If the blood, urine, or hair sample needs to be sent out to be processed, we know the results will come here as opposed to you having to coordinate the outside lab sending us the results or you having to physically pick them up.

We offer two panels at Caring Medical that would cover all of the tests listed above for a total cost of $462.00. And if you were to total up what this hospital would have charged the patient you would get $4480.00. A difference of $4018.00! If a patient ended up paying 20% of the total hospital charge they would be out of pocket $896.

The "Outside Charges" in the graph above are taken from an actual invoice given to Caring Medical from a patient who opted to go to the hospital for their labs. Needless to say, they were not happy with the final cost.
