Flying into Chicago
Caring Medical is conveniently located between both O’Hare and Midway airports (approximately 35-45 minutes from either one). If you are planning to fly in and come directly to the office for your appointment, please allow 75-90 minutes from the estimated landing time to your appointment time. Most first-time visits, including receiving treatment, will last approximately 2-3 hours.
Coming and Going the Same Day: This is most convenient for patients flying in from the Eastern and Central time zones. If you arrive for a morning appointment, you could catch an afternoon/early evening flight to get back home.
In and Out itinerary example: Flight scheduled to arrive at Chicago at 7:30am. Appointment time at 9:00am. Appointment duration is approximately 3 hours. Taxi back to airport at 12:00pm. Return flight scheduled for 2:30pm.
Coming from the West Coast: We have found it beneficial that our patients fly in and stay overnight locally, then have their appointment first thing in the morning. You can then be home for dinner by taking an afternoon flight out of Chicago.
