We’re committed to our patients
Caring Medical is committed to servicing our patients providing a safe, clean, and professional environment. The health and safety of our patients and team members remains our top priority. We continue to maintain our safety standards and are adhering to the guidelines provided by the CDC. We have implemented protocols where common areas are sanitized multiple times per day. We are in good spirits and excited to see you so that we can help you stay on track with your treatment course and get back to doing the things you love to do!
- If you are feeling ill, have a fever, or experiencing any cold symptoms (runny nose, cough, sore throat, etc), call us to discuss your symptoms before coming in for your appointment. We will assess the safest course of action regarding keeping or rescheduling your appointment.
- We request that patients do not bring friends/family members to their visits during this time. The exception to this is for patients who require assistance with mobility or are planning to need medications that impair driving after treatment.
- In some cases, we are offering telemedicine consultations. Please reach out to our team- we want to hear from you and talk with you about solutions to end your chronic pain! We know this time is especially troubling for patients who need help for debilitating chronic pain, and want to stay/get off pain medication and avoid surgery and hospital visits at all costs! Please know that we are open and here for you. We will do our best to get you into our clinics asap. Or, if leaving home is not an option for you right now, we may be able to offer a consultation with one of our providers online.
Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.
We wish you all the best in health!
